What is the Bonus Room?
The Bonus Room is a shop available by priority to customers based on account history. The intention is that our oldest or most frequent friends are the first to be able to represent us with our exclusive, most limited items, first.

When will X product be back in stock?
Items may move to the graveyard following a release cycle. In this circumstance, they may be voted back into the main shop. Logged in users receive five votes per release cycle. Votes do not rollover, so use 'em or lose 'em. The most voted on item each month will be resurrected.

Do you ship to X location?
We ship worldwide from the USA. International orders are subject to customs fees.

My order was placed incorrectly (size, address)
For shipping address changes, contact us immediately with your order number and correct shipping address.

For size changes, we cannot edit the size or variant of an item in an order. You will need to cancel your order and re-place it in the correct size. It may not be possible to re-place your order in the correct size if the item is in a limited life-cycle.

To cancel your order, navigate to the bottom of your order confirmation email. There you will find a link labeled "Edit or Cancel Order".
